One of the founding members of CuriosityBased, Linh brings a decade of experience of facilitation, coaching, and designing curriculum. She is known for her well-honed ability to create safe spaces and model listening with intent, especially with her coaching skills. Her desire to make sure everyone is heard is why she brings human-centered design to CuriosityBased’s work.
She approaches her work with the desire to understand a holistic view of her clients’ needs because she’s witnessed many conversations where people’s needs were left unmet or stories unheard, leading to misunderstandings and confusion.
She earned her Master’s in Social Work as a Foreign Language and Area of Studies (FLAS) Fellow and a B.A. in Psychology and Education both from the University of Washington. She is currently based in NYC.
